This song was written for my wife. Our daughter Sylvia had just been born and I was recording at the house. I remember being called to the dinner table as I was writing the bass line for this song and feeling like I needed to get it right quick because there wasn't much time that night. Lot's of little family deadlines like this one during the recording of Foolish Beauty helped this record get finished.
